User Agreement

Welcome to Setra. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Setra mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Setra is an AI-powered image editing tool that allows users to upload reference images of people and handbags, generate new images using AI, replace accessories based on text descriptions, and review generation history. By downloading, accessing, or using Setra, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Setra. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Setra.

2. Description of Service

Setra provides AI-powered image editing tools, including:

• Uploading reference images of people and handbags

• Generating new images with handbags applied to subjects using AI

• Replacing accessories based on text descriptions

• Viewing and managing generation history

The Service is provided for personal and lawful use only.

3. User Content

You may upload images, text descriptions, and other content (“User Content”) to generate new images. You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading content, you grant Setra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use uploaded images

• You have permission from individuals appearing in images

• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

• Your content does not contain harmful or prohibited material

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

4. AI-Generated Content

Images generated by Setra are created automatically using artificial intelligence based on your inputs. You understand and agree that:

• Generated results may not always be accurate or realistic

• The Service does not guarantee specific outcomes

• Generated content is provided “as is”

• You are responsible for how you use generated images

Setra does not guarantee exclusivity of generated results.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Setra to:

• Upload images without proper authorization

• Impersonate or misrepresent individuals

• Create misleading or deceptive content

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive material

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Harass, defame, or harm others

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

• Use automated scripts to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Setra application, including its design, features, technology, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or service unavailability.

8. Data and Storage

Setra may store uploaded images and generated results to provide history and functionality. We are not responsible for loss of stored content. You are encouraged to save copies of important images.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement

• You misuse the Service

• We are required to do so by law

• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your access to stored content may be removed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Service reliability

• Accuracy of generated images

• Continuous availability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the Service

• Generated content

• Uploaded content

• Service interruptions

• Data loss

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Setra after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
